Well, it’s been 30 days and the results are clear (pun intended). The Neutrogena Light Acne Mask is a stellar option for keeping your skin healthy and radiant and most of all, free of blemishes. I noticed a difference when I started using the mask within a few days (you remember my first post here), but the creators of the mask recommend a solid 30 days – so I put it to the test. The mask is compact and was easy to take with me throughout my holiday travels. This is actually my last day of using the mask at my hotel in Paris.

The application was the easiest part. I simply use the Clean & Clear makeup wipes and then pop on the mask for a simple 10 minutes a day in the morning. I usually am catching up on email or responding to Instagram comments during that time, so I barely noticed when the time was up. There were no after effects because the mask is free of chemicals and UVA/UVB so it doesn’t get hot.

I’ve been wanting to use a light activated mask ever since I heard Mindy Kaling talk about it in her book as one of her beauty secrets. It hasn’t always been readily available (or affordable) to consumers, but Neutrogena has changed the game. I will continue to use the mask to keep my skin clear throughout the days. As a reminder, the mask comes with 30 treatments and then you can purchase an additional Neutrogena® Light Therapy Acne Mask Activator at Walmart each month to continue treatment which will be $14.97 (or $0.50/day).

Let me know if you have any questions or if you think you will try the light activated mask for yourself!
